Half a Billion

When we started thinking and planning The Community Co we had a dream of what to expect with regards to clientele, how the market would react to us and what it may be like.

Ten months in, our dreams have been blown out of the water, in a very good way.

Ka-BOOM!!

We would have laughed at you if you had said that within ten months of trading we would be managing over ‘Half A Billion Dollars’ of property.

How is this possible? I remember the day Pedzi and I realised that we had reached this milestone.

We just stared at each other, mouths open, asking each other ‘Can you believe this? Do the calculation again, this can’t be right’.

Well, it was right. Over $500mil in property is currently under Body Corporate Management by The Community Co Team and growing, rapidly.

We want to thank every person that has encouraged us along the way. The ideas, the kind words from BC Chair people and committee members, the business advice and the pats on the back – Thank You.

We don’t have pre-determined milestones in our business. That’s not who we are.

Our only vision is to ‘help our clients build better communities and to provide them with the necessary tools to do so’.

All that we do, is to ensure that we are the best Body Corporate Managers for our clients not the best in the industry.
