October.
A milestone for The Community Co.
October represented a date that we were looking forward to, somewhat excited about, even though this date has represented failure for so many others who have entered the ‘world of business’ in the past.
It was our six month birthday.
Six months!
Not a long period of time but a very significant time-frame for any start-up.
Many leading research groups have shown that approx. 35% of start-ups fail within the first 6 months of trading and a whopping 50% fail within the first year. That could be a scary stat if you are about to start a new business.
Even though we were aware of these figures, we didn’t let them scare us…
We forged ahead.
We planned the work … then worked the plan.
And the plan was a success.
We don’t want to be presumptuous in our infancy and give you the ‘5 keys to success’ spiel (we’ll leave that until Yr 5 haha), but we will say this one thing….
Love What You Do.
As we look toward the future, we are excited about the days ahead. We celebrate the past 6 and we advance full throttle toward the next 6.
Our best days are yet to come – YOUR best days are ahead of you.
