So I was driving home talking to George on the phone about the reason behind what we would be doing and what we wanted to achieve.
The conversation included what we would call ourselves and we went through name after name after name. I thought about the fact that nearly every Body Corporate Managment firm under the sun started with ‘Body Corporate’ but it’s the word Community that drives us. Then our name hit me like batman realising that he should use the bat as his symbol. It felt right, and I knew it would be a constant reminder to use that Community is what we do.
Fast Forward to week one of our official launch and we were so happy to be appointed to manage 1 Scott Street in Kangaroo Point in Brisbane. It’s an amazing building with great people and our appointment was the validation that this concept and ideal we have been striving for is real.
